General Information

How can I rent or lease a suite?

Are suites available for other games and events at Blue Cross Arena?

Yes, suites are available for most events at Blue Cross Arena. In addition to Rochester Americans games, this includes Rochester Knighthawks, NCAA events, concerts, etc. If you are interested in a suite for one or more of these events, please contact Dan Capriotti at 585-286-9933 or [email protected]

Can I purchase additional tickets in my suite?

Yes, in most cases you can purchase additional tickets depending on the size of your suite. For additional tickets please contact Dan Capriotti at 585-286-9933 or [email protected]

What time can I enter my suite?

Suites will be opened one hour prior to Rochester Americans games. Following the event, suites remain open for 30 minutes after the game.

For concerts, shows and other special events, suites are usually open an hour prior to the event. Opening times may vary per show. Following the event, suites remain open for 30 minutes after the event.  Please contact Dan Capriotti at 585-286-9933 or [email protected] for more information.

How do I access the suite level?

The Single Game Suite level is located on the 4th floor on both the Riverside and Exchange Street side of the Blue Cross Arena.  The Party Suite is located on the East end of the main level (2nd floor) of the Arena.

 

Riverside

Suite #1 – #12

Enter through the main doors and go up the main stairs or escalator.  Go to the north end of the Arena by section 111 and enter elevator to the 4th floor (wheelchair accessible options, ask staff for assistance).

 

Exchange Street Side

Suite #13 – #21

Enter through the main doors and take a right towards the Box Office.  Elevator located on the south side of the building.  This elevator is also accessible from the Civic Center Garage to enter the Blue Cross Arena.

 

Party Suite

Suite #22 - #25

Enter through the main doors and go up to the main stairs or escalator.  Go to the East end of the Arena between sections 101 and 129 (wheelchair accessible options, ask staff for assistance).

Is there meeting space available prior to the event?

Suites are equipped with HDTVs and can host an informal meeting prior to the game. Most TVs in the suites will allow you to hook up your laptop to them with an HDMI cord or an audio/video cord (Please contact us if you need us to provide a cord). There are also conference rooms available to rent prior to certain events. Can I bring in my own food and drinks, or gifts to my suite?

We do not permit outside food and beverages into Blue Cross Arena. For gifts and other items please contact Dan Capriotti at 585-286-9933 or [email protected] to discuss special requests.

Do children need suite tickets?

For Rochester Americans games, children 2 and under are admitted free of charge. For other events the age limitation may vary. Please contact Dan Capriotti at 585-286-9933 or [email protected] for more information.

Do you have wheelchairs inside the arena that I can use to be transported to a suite?

​​​​​​​Guests can receive a complimentary wheelchair escort to and from their suites or other areas within the arena. To request a wheelchair escort, guests can visit the Box Office or call ahead to prearrange at 585-454-5335.

Re-entry Policy

Re-entry to events is not permitted at Blue Cross Arena.  To get back onto the suite level, please keep your ticket with you to show the Usher. For those patrons with a medical emergency, please go to the AMR Medical Room located outside section 113.

Where can I park?

Each Rochester Americans and Knighthawks suite rental comes with parking passes (2 or 4) for the Civic Center Parking Garage, located across the street from the Arena with entrances on Exchange Street and Fitzugh Street. Additional parking passes are available for purchase. Handicapped parking is available throughout the garages and parking lots.

The Court Street Lot is an outdoor lot located on the corner of Exchange Street and Court Street.  Price may vary depending on event.

From The East

NYS Thruway to exit 45 (Victor)
Take 490 WEST and exit at Clinton Avenue
Turn Left at Broad Street (third light)
The Arena is on the corner of Broad and Exchange Streets.

From The West

NYS Thruway to exit 47 (LeRoy)
Take 490 East to the Inner Loop exit #13
Take Plymouth Ave. exit #13 and turn right onto Plymouth
The Arena is on the corner of Broad and Exchange Streets.

From The South

390 North
Take 490 East to the Inner Loop exit
Take Plymouth Ave. exit and turn right onto Plymouth
The Arena is on the corner of Broad and Exchange Streets.

Box Office/Ticketing

Can I leave a ticket(s) for a suite guest at Will Call?

Yes, if you would like to leave tickets for a guest at will call please drop off at will call window with the first and last name of the person picking up the tickets. A valid photo ID is required when picking up tickets.

Who do I contact if I have a ticketing problem or have a question during an event?

Please contact Dan Capriotti at (585) 286-9933 or [email protected] for any questions during an event. The in-suite attendants handle all food & beverage related issues during an event. You can also visit the concierge located at each elevator entrance on the suite level for general questions.

Blue Cross Arena Box Office is located to the right of the main entrance when you walk into the Arena on Exchange Street.
