The following positions are open for the Rochester Americans, Rochester Knighthawks, and BLue Cross Arena ahead of the 2023-24 season:
The Manager of Ticket Sales is responsible for helping to manager the Ticket Sales strategy along with maintaining and generating new business sales for the Rochester Americans (AHL) and Rochester Knighthawks (NLL). Tasks will include being the main service representative to a current book of Season Ticket Members for both the Amerks and Knighthawks while also generating new business revenue with set goals for New Season Ticket sales, Partial Plans, Group Tickets, and Season Ticket Renewals.
Assist in the implementation and execution of all in-arena activities including but not limited to: promotions on and off the ice, anthems, pre and/or post-game ceremonies, intermission entertainment, handouts, pavilion events and mascot duties for the Rochester Amerks and Rochester Knighthawks.
Duties include: assist in preparation of ice with driver prior to game, shovel snow during and after periods on and off the ice, assist other staff with making repairs and adjustments to boards and glass.
Duties include: Cleaning assigned areas of the facility including Rochester Americans & Knighthawks locker room and administrative offices. Routine responsibilities include, but are not limited to, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing. Performs routine day-to-day cleaning and assigned cleaning projects in the building to help provide a clean and safe environment for our players, team staff, and employees.
