Game Presentation Intern
The Game Presentation Intern will assist in the implementation and execution of all in-arena activities including but not limited to: promotions on and off the ice, anthems, pre and/or post-game preparation, intermission entertainment, handouts, chants and cheers, and mascot duties for the Rochester Americans. Serve as an Amerks ambassador by greeting fans, answering questions, and creating a positive experience from entry to exit.

The Retail Associate is responsible for providing a high level of customer service, handling merchandise sales, processing transactions using the POS system and reconciling cash transactions and performing other related duties and tasks as assigned or as become evident.
