Answers to commonly-asked questions about attending Amerks games:

How do I access my tickets?

We utilize mobile ticketing at Blue Cross Arena! Your tickets can be found under the My Amerks Tickets tab in the Tickets dropdown or at Amerks.com/MyTickets.

What can I bring into Blue Cross Arena?

To further ensure the safety of our guests, backpacks will no longer be permitted inside the Arena. Only personal bags, such as medical and/or diaper bags and purses, will be permitted in the venue. All personal bags must be inspected upon entry. Bags should be soft-sided and must completely fit under your seat without blocking the aisle. Backpacks, coolers, duffel bags and briefcases are strictly prohibited. The safety of our guests and staff remains a top priority.

What is the camera policy?

Flash photography is permitted. Guests may use cameras, including digital, provided they do not obstruct the view of other patrons. In addition, guests and their cameras cannot block aisles or access-ways. Tri-Pods and selfie sticks are NOT permitted.

Guests may only take photos from their seats, and are not permitted to stand next to the glass. Video cameras are permitted during youth hockey only. Only credentialed media are permitted to use approved areas, such as the platforms and glass cut outs. For questions regarding camera policies for other Blue Cross Arena events, please call Administrative office at (585) 454-5335.

When do doors open?

Doors open to the general public one hour before game time.

Where can I park?

Parking is available in the several ramp garages and surface lots surrounding the Arena. Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. The Civic Center parking ramp has parking spaces for guests with disabilities with tunnel access to the arena and easy access to elevators.

Can I buy tickets from the box office?

Yes! The Box Office is located inside the main atrium of Blue Cross Arena.

On game days, business hours are 11:00a.m. through the end of the intermission.

Is there WiFi at Blue Cross Arena?

Yes! The Amerks are thrilled to have recently added FREE high-speed WiFi for all fans to be able to enjoy.  Make sure to connect to “BCA-Guest-Wi-Fi” at your next visit.

 

What concessions are available?

There is a wide range of traditional and specialty food offerings in convenient locations for our guests' enjoyment. All concession stands are wheelchair accessible. Outside food/drink are not allowed in Blue Cross Arena.

Can I buy team gear at games?

Yes! Please visit the Adpro Team Store, located in the main lobby.

The Adpro Team Store, located in the main lobby, offers a selection of Rochester Americans merchandise, including jerseys, T-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, jackets, and much more for both adult, youth, and infants. The store is open Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and during home games.

Please note: The Adpro Team Store, beginnng June 24 will have updated summer hours of Tuesday-Thursday from 11 AM to 3 PM. Normal hours will resume August 8.

Are there healthy & safety guidelines?

The Amerks currently do not have any requirements of mask-wearing, social distancing, or proof of vaccination status for the 2022-23 season.

Where is the lost & found?

You may claim lost items or turn in found items at the Blue Cross Arena Administrative Office, located on the ground floor on Exchange Boulevard. If you have misplaced something, please feel free to contact the Blue Cross Arena Administrative Office at (585) 454-5335.

How do I access my tickets?

Use the My Amerks Tickets tab on our website, located under the Tickets dropdown menu or visit Amerks.com/MyTickets.

Once there, login by clicking the account icon in the upper right: sign in using your email address associated with your ticket or season ticket purchase.

Select the event you want to view.

MT6.pngOnce selected, you can have your ticket scanned at the gate, transfer the ticket to a friend, or save it to your phone's wallet.

Please note: screenshots will never be accepted as a ticket.

How do I transfer tickets?

You can transfer tickets via email address by access the My Amerks Tickets tab under the Tickets menu or Amerks.com/MyTickets.

Anyone who is having tickets transferred to them will need to create an account to accept the ticket transfer.

Why use mobile ticketing?

  • Mobile ticketing is the safest, most convenient, and flexible way to receive and manage tickets.
  • Mobile tickets provide quick and easy entry to Blue Cross Arena using your smartphone.
  • Mobile ticketing reduces the risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets.

What if I lose WiFi/network connection and can't access my tickets?

  • We encourage all fans to download their tickets to your supported device before heading to any game. If you use an iPhone, you can store your game ticket in your Apple Wallet for easy access or any equivalent app on an Android phone.
  • If still having issues upon arrival please head to our Will Call booth located to the left of our box office windows and a member of service team will be happy to assist you.

Do I need a smartphone to attend?

Mobile ticketing is a requirement to attend, so you either need a smartphone or need to be attending with someone who has your ticket on their smartphone. If you are a Season Ticket Member without a smartphone, please connect with your ticket representative.

Can I print my ticket from home?

No. All tickets are full digital and only accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes; however, it's much easier to transfer each attendee their individual ticket.

Transferring tickets provides:

  • A way for all ticket holders to obtain event updates during an event, if needed.
  • Accessiblity to their seat information at all times.
  • An easy way to enter the venue without having to wait for your friends and family.
