SADDLE UP WITH THE AMERKS FOR A WESTERN NIGHT CELEBRATION FRIDAY
The game will feature country and western-themed activations and entertainment
Oct 6, 2026The Wild West takes over The Blue Cross Arena on Friday, Oct. 9 when the Rochester Americans host the intrastate rival Syracuse Crunch in the first-ever PBR Western Night presented by Boot Barn.

The game will feature country and western-themed activations and entertainment, including a live performance from Joey Allen during Pregame Happy Hour and a hobby horsing competition during the second intermission. Additionally, the first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive custom bandanas, courtesy of Boot Barn.
The Western Night festivities begin with a with a Pregame Happy Hour, presented by Genesee Brewery, before the game where fans 21 and older can enjoy $5 12-ounce beer specials at the Genesee Brew House at Blue Cross Arena (located at the top of the stairs in the main atrium) until puck drop.
