FIDDS’ FOOD DRIVE KICKS OFF MONDAY, NOV. 9
Fans that donate will receive a complimentary voucher for the December 21 home game against Utica
Nov 2, 2026Rochester Americans forward Riley Fiddler-Schultz is partnering with Foodlink, the regional food bank, to hold Fidds’ Food Drive over the next three weeks at The Blue Cross Arena.
"Thank you to Riley and the entire Amerks team for making an impact on those experiencing food insecurity in the Rochester region," said Julia Tedesco, President & CEO of Foodlink. "Our network of local food pantries and meal programs are seeing a significant increase in visitors in recent months, and events like this truly make a difference for those whom we serve."
Fans are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items now through Friday, Nov. 27 by dropping them off in collection bins in front of The Blue Cross Arena Box Office, located in the lower atrium. The items will then be donated by Fiddler-Schultz and the Amerks to Foodlink, currently in its 49th year leading the fight against hunger in Rochester and its surrounding areas.
Donations will be accepted during regular Box Office hours Monday through Friday between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. as well as on gamedays starting at 11 a.m. through the first intermission.

Fans that donate an unopened, non-perishable food item in the Foodlink bins will receive a voucher which can be redeemed for two complimentary tickets for the Amerks home game on Monday, Dec. 21 against Utica. Vouchers will be limited to one per person, per transaction and can be redeemed by visiting www.amerks.com/fooddrive and entering the code located on the voucher.
As a kick-off to Fidds’ Food Drive, Fiddler-Schultz will be on hand to accept donations and meet with fans from 3 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 9 in the main lobby of Blue Cross Arena. Fans can receive an autograph with a contribution to the food drive as well as the chance to win various Amerks prizes.
