With the win, Rochester closed out its homestand with three consecutive victories and improved to 6-0-0-0 in Friday games this season, outscoring its opponents 27-10. Additionally, the club, which has won each of its last eight games against Hartford, improved to 14-1-1-0 dating back to the final meeting of the 2018-19 campaign against its Eastern Conference foe.

Amerks captain MATTHEW PECA recorded his third straight multi-point performance with a goal and two assists to extend his point streak to seven games, becoming the first Amerks skater this season to reach double digits in assists (11). The Petawawa, Ontario, native has recorded three consecutive multi-point games for the third time in his career and the first time since October 2023, moving him into a three-way tie atop the AHL’ scoring lead.

CALEB JONES opened the scoring late in the first period with his second goal as an Amerk before adding a secondary assist to close out the scoring. CONOR SHEARY also recorded two assists in his return to the lineup, marking his second multi-assist game of the season.

Since making his Amerks debut on Oct. 16, Jones has recorded seven points in eight games, while Sheary has tallied eight assists through nine games.

AIDAN McDONOUGH and TREVOR KUNTAR each scored their fifth goals of the season in the third period, while GAVIN McCARTHY, JASON POLIN, and RILEY FIDDLER-SCHULTZ each recorded an assist in the win.

Goaltender TALYN BOYKO (1-1-0), who carried a shutout into the final seven minutes of regulation, stopped 24 of 26 shots to earn his first victory with Rochester. The Drumheller, Alberta, native, who spent parts of two seasons with Hartford, earned his first AHL win since April 9, 2025.

Liam Greentree and Lucas Vanroboys scored third-period goals for the Wolf Pack, spoiling Boyko's bid for a shutout, while goaltender Spencer Martin (1-1-1) took the loss after making 28 saves.
