AMERKS ANNOUNCE 2025-26 PROMOTIONAL SCHEDULE
Amerks to wear special decade-specific jerseys throughout 70th anniversary season

The Rochester Americans announced today their promotional schedule for the 2025-26 season, presented exclusively by Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, featuring the return of several popular theme nights, Pregame Happy Hours, giveaways and more. As always, the Amerks will continue to offer various ticket specials, promotional packages and special group rates as it pertains to theme nights throughout the season.
As a way to celebrate the storied past of one of the American Hockey League’s cornerstone franchises, the Amerks will wear a series of specialty jerseys specific to each decade in the team’s 70-year history during its upcoming anniversary season, beginning on opening night when Rochester hosts the Toronto Marlies on Friday, Oct. 10 at The Blue Cross Arena.
The Amerks will wear era-specific jerseys, which will be auctioned off on DASH over the course of the season, on the following nights:
- Friday, Oct 10 vs. Toronto – 1950s
- Friday, Nov. 28 vs. Syracuse – 1960s
- Saturday, Dec. 27 vs. Cleveland – 1970s
- Friday, Jan. 30 vs. Hershey – 1980s
- Friday, Feb. 20 vs. Laval – 1990s
- Friday, Apr. 17 vs. Cleveland – 2000s
Additionally, the ever-popular Bills Day jerseys make their highly anticipated return on Sunday, March 22 against Hartford when the gridiron meets the ice for the fifth straight season.
Back by popular demand and as part of the team’s ongoing effort to make hockey more inclusive for more fans, the Amerks will again host several sensory-friendly and accessibility games in partnership with EveryTREE on select Wednesday nights, featuring lower music levels, no goal horn, no flashing lights, and dimmer lighting throughout the arena bowl.

Friday, Nov. 7 vs. Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins – Youth Hockey Night
• Rochester area youth hockey will be on full display with area youth hockey players participating in gameday experiences as part of the night with a discounted ticket offer.
Friday, Nov. 21 vs. Bridgeport Islanders – Hockey Fights Cancer Night presented by Cancer Support Community at Gilda’s Club Rochester
• Honoring those affected by cancer as part of a league-wide initiative in collaboration with the NHL, NHLPA and AHL.
Saturday, Dec. 13 vs. Lehigh Valley Phantoms – Native American Heritage Night presented by Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino
• A night celebrating and supporting Native American groups in Western New York in addition to honoring their history within the region.

• Benefitting the Pirate Toy Fund.

• The first 2,000 fans in attendance will receive an Amerks-branded hat, courtesy of Segar and Sciortino.

• Free ticket to all Active, Reserve, National Guard and Retired military personnel with additional discounted tickets available.

• Celebrating the start of the 2026 Winter Olympic Games in Rochester.
Sunday, Feb. 15 vs. Utica Comets – Kids Day presented by NY’s 529 College Savings Plan
• Let the kids take charge at Kids Day, featuring ticket deals for kids and families, a ton of pregame activities, and kid involvement in our game presentation.

Wednesday, Feb. 18 vs. Charlotte Checkers – Sensory and Accessibility Night in partnership with EveryTREE
• One of several sensory-friendly and accessibility nights as part of the team’s ongoing efforts to make hockey more inclusive for more fans.
• Games will feature lower music levels, no goal horn, no flashing lights, and dimmer lighting throughout the arena bowl.
• There will also be a sensory-friendly room available, which will include blue light coverings, a white noise machine, LED lightcubes, various sensory and fidget toys, and sensory bags.

• Kick off St. Patrick’s Day weekend in Rochester with the Amerks!
• St. Patrick’s-themed giveaway.
Sunday, March 22 vs. Hartford Wolf Pack – Bills Day
• Circle the wagons: Bills Day is BACK! After an electric atmosphere the last four seasons, we had to bring back all the football fun for another Bills Day at Blue Cross Arena.
• Amerks players will wear special-edition Bills-inspired jerseys that will be available for purchase through an online auction powered by DASH the week of the game.
• Bills game presentation elements, including the train horn and performances from the Stampede drumline.
Friday, March 27 vs. Toronto Marlies – Hometown Heroes presented by Advantage Federal Credit Union
• Join us to honor Rochester’s Frontline Workers as well as local police officers, fire fighters, EMT’s and all First Responders!
• Pregame matchup between the Rochester Police Dept. and the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
Sunday, March 29 vs. Syracuse Crunch – Wrestling Day presented by Pepsi
• The Amerks and Crunch clash in the squared circle for the second straight year for intrastate supremacy.
• Wrestling-themed giveaway, promotions and special pre-game matches.
Friday, April 17 vs. Cleveland Monsters – Fan Appreciation Night presented by Genesee Regional Bank
• Prizes and giveaways throughout the night, including team photo giveaway, for the regular season home finale!

Single-game tickets for the 2025-26 season, starting at just $10, are scheduled to go on sale on Friday, Sept. 5 at 10 a.m.
