Danielle Barone is in her second season as Partnership Services Manager with the Rochester Americans.
Barone, a Rochester native, joins the Amerks organization following a three-year stint in Austin, Texas, where she held roles in both the sports entertainment and fitness industries. Most recently, Barone was the studio manager for Orangetheory Fitness for two years, managing an inside sales and coaching staff for three studios she helped launch throughout the Greater Austin Area.
During the 2014-15 American Hockey League season, Barone served as the Director of the Texas Stars Foundation for the Texas Stars Hockey Club. Her responsibilities included handling and overseeing all of the team’s special events that generated fundraising for local non-profit organizations.
Barone’s prior experience in the sports industry also includes seven years (2008-2014) with the Rochester Red Wings Baseball Club, where she was a member of the ticket sales staff before being elevated to the Director of Community Relations and Director of Merchandising.
Barone received her Bachelor’s in Communications from the University of Buffalo and holds a Masters in International Sport Management from SUNY Cortland and London Metropolitan University.
