The Rochester Americans announced today that Hayden Milanes, the actor portraying Frankie Valli in the touring Broadway production of “Jersey Boys: The Story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons,” will perform the National Anthem prior to the Amerks game versus the Syracuse Crunch on Friday, April 13 at The Blue Cross Arena. The game begins at 7:35 p.m.
“Jersey Boys: The Story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons” is on stage now through April 29 at the Auditorium Theatre in Rochester and is the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning Best Musical about Rock and Roll Hall of Famers The Four Seasons: Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi. It is the story of how four blue-collar kids became one of the greatest successes in pop music history. Tickets are available through the Rochester Broadway Theatre League at www.rbtl.org.
Friday’s Amerks game is also Fan Appreciation Night as the team plays its final home game of the 2011-12 regular season. The festivities will include the presentation of the 2011-12 team awards, great prizes for fans, an Amerks team photo handout, an autographed jersey giveaway for select fans and both pregame and postgame parties.
