Rob Frost returns for his for his seventh season as an American Hockey League Athletic Trainer in 2014-15 and his fourth with the Rochester Americans.
A graduate of Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, Frost spent three seasons (2008-11) as the athletic trainer for the Portland Pirates prior to joining the Amerks for the 2011-12 campaign. He is also a certified member of both the National Athletic Trainers' Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Before arriving in Portland back in 2008, he served as the athletic trainer and strength and conditioning coach for the men's hockey team at St. Lawrence University from 2003-2008 and was the athletic trainer for the men's hockey team at St. Cloud State from 2001-2003.
Rob, and his wife, Jenn, have a son named Carson and two daughters, Chelsea and Klara.
