Jason Kilijanski enters his fourth season as Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Rochester Americans and his fifth year in the American Hockey League.
The Buffalo, NY, native spent the 2010-11 season as the Strength and Conditioning Coach and Video Coordinator for the Portland Pirates, the Buffalo Sabres' former AHL affiliate. Before joining the Pirates, Kilijanski worked for two seasons as a strength and conditioning apprentice to Doug McKenney, the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Buffalo Sabres.
Prior to his time with the Sabres organization, Jason attended Mercyhurst University and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine, with a concentration in Health and Fitness Promotion.
Kilijanski resides in Greece with his wife, Christina.
